Who we are

Verdintel is a trading name of TTE Consulting Limited (company number 15098133), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: registered office address to be added. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@verdintel.com.

What we collect

When you email us we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include. When you download or buy a Fabric First tool, our online store provider collects your name, email address and payment details and shares your name and email address with us. If you become a client we also hold the contact and project information needed to deliver the work and to invoice.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver tools and services you have bought or asked for. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract.
• To send occasional updates about Fabric First tools, only where you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep business and tax records. Our lawful basis is legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers, such as our online store, email and website hosting providers, who process data on our behalf. Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Customer and client records are kept for six years after the last transaction to meet tax and legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email hello@verdintel.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
